Grundlage für die Datenerfassung 

Die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten (d. h. jegliche Daten, die mit vertretbaren Mitteln eine Identifizierung Ihrer Person zulassen; „personenbezogene Daten“)

Die Verarbeitung dieser personenbezogenen Daten ist gem. Art. 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Buchst. f) DSGVO gerechtfertigt. 
Der Verein hat ein berechtigtes Interesse an der Datenverarbeitung zu dem Zweck, die Verbindung zur Webseite des Vereins zügig aufzubauen,
eine benutzerfreundliche Anwendung der Webseite zu ermöglichen,
die Sicherheit und Stabilität der Systeme zu erkennen und zu gewährleisten und
die Administration der Webseite zu erleichtern und zu verbessern.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ausdrücklich nicht zu dem Zweck, Erkenntnisse über die Person des Besuchers der Webseite zu gewinnen.

Welche Daten werden erfasst?

We collect two types of data and information from users.

  • Contact form
Visitors can send messages to the association via an online contact form on the website. To receive a response, at least a valid email address is required. The person making the inquiry can provide all other information voluntarily. By sending the message via the contact form, the visitor consents to the processing of the transmitted personal data. Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing and responding to inquiries via the contact form. This occurs on the basis of the voluntarily granted consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.


How do we receive data about you?

You are generally free to provide us with your personal data on this website. You are neither contractually nor legally obligated to do so, and you will generally not suffer any disadvantages if you choose not to provide your personal data. In some cases, only the functionality of the website may be restricted. If, in exceptional cases, you are contractually or legally obligated to provide your data, we will inform you separately for the specific data processing.

The tool we use does not collect any personal data and is used by our web hosting provider and service provider solely to improve their own offerings.


Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

Damit unsere Inhalte in jedem Browser korrekt und grafisch ansprechend dargestellt werden, verwenden wir für diese Webseite Skript- und Schriftbibliotheken wie Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts). Google Web Fonts werden in den Cache Ihres Browsers übertragen, sodass sie nur einmal geladen werden müssen. Wenn Ihr Browser Google Web Fonts nicht unterstützt oder den Zugriff verweigert, werden die Inhalte in einer Standardschriftart dargestellt. 
  • Beim Aufrufen von Skript- oder Schriftbibliotheken wird automatisch eine Verbindung zum Betreiber der Bibliothek hergestellt.
